When you get home you can simply place the plastic bag with the microgreens box in the fridge.
The key is because they are still alive you don’t want them to dry out and the paper box inside the plastic bag really does the trick.
Then all you have to do is cut them at the base of the stem when you are ready to eat them.
You can’t get any fresher than that!
